Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mangekyou Studio (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Developer Information

The App is developed and published by Zhuo Yin ("we", "us", or "our"). You can contact us at support@mangekyou.app.

3. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Purchase & Refunds

The App is available through a one-time purchase on the Apple App Store (macOS & iOS). All payments, billing issues, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple pursuant to the App Store Terms of Service. We do not process or store any payment information.

5. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services & User-Generated Content

The App functions solely as a client. All image generation is performed on servers you configure—such as your own Stable Diffusion WebUI or a NovelAI account (collectively “Third-Party Services”). We neither host nor moderate generated content.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Third-Party Services complies with their respective terms and with all applicable laws and regulations.
• All intellectual-property rights in content generated via the App/Third-Party Services belong to you, subject to the policies of the Third-Party Services.
• We are not liable for any restrictions, outages, or policy changes of Third-Party Services.

7. No Personal Data Collection

The App stores all prompts, settings, and generated images locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Anonymous crash reports or analytics that you have consented to share with Apple may be collected by Apple; we do not receive or process this data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
